Canstruction is an international food drive competition engaging design industry professionals to build amazing structures (10 x 10 x 8 foot) made from cans of non-perishable food. At the end, all the food is donated to local food pantries to aid in the fight against hunger. The American Institute of Architects Eastern NY has partnered with the Food Pantries of the Capital District for our first event.
