The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is a not-for-profit organization established to promote research and education that advances the body of knowledge in the field of professional services marketing and develops a greater understanding of the role and value of marketing in the A/E/C industry. SMPS UPSTATE NY

SMPS Upstate NY was established in 1982 including members from Albany, Rochester, Syracuse, and Buffalo. The chapter holds regularly scheduled meetings throughout the region on a wide variety of topics of interest to marketing professionals at every level. 50% of members are actively involved in various committees that support and enhance the chapter among the design and construction industry.

SMPS NATIONAL

SMPS was created in 1973 by a small group of professional services firm leaders who recognized the need to sharpen skills, pool resources, and work together to create business opportunities. Today, the association has a membership of 5,500+ marketing and business development professionals from architectural, engineering, planning, interior design, construction, specialty consulting firms, and landscape architecture located throughout the United States and Canada.
